With our app, you can:

• Log in with a unique password and maximize security with biometric identification, allowing you to access your account using your fingerprint or face ID.
• View details, transactions, and make transactions from your various accounts with just a tap.
• View statements for all your accounts and generate certificates for savings and checking accounts.
• Enable and disable your debit and credit cards directly from the account details.
• Pay utility bills by scanning the barcode with your phone's camera or entering the payment reference number. We also accept bills with dual payment references.
• Pay taxes and recharge your mobile phone.
• Mark utility bill payments, recharges, and transfers to other banks as favorites so that you can easily access them without having to manually enter the information.
• Pay BBVA credit cards for yourself, family members, friends, and even cards from other banks.
• Pay BBVA loans.
• Transfer funds to BBVA accounts as well as accounts in other banks. You can also save account information for future transfers.
• Make cash advances from your credit card directly to your savings or checking account.
• Withdraw cash from ATMs without the need for a physical card by generating a temporary token from the account details. This token is valid for 3 hours.
• View the CVV of your debit and credit cards for online purchases.
• Check if you are pre-approved for a credit card, revolving credit line, and/or loan.
• Send and receive money internationally.
• Request additional resources for your current consumer credit such as credit replenishment, contracting a time deposit, salary advance, and digital investment funds without the need to visit the office.
• Create or cancel your investment fund at any time.
• Discover promotions tailored for you and redeem your BBVA points.
• Update your email address to stay connected.
• The Digital Token is now your Transactional Profile.
• No more need to visit an ATM to activate your "Transactional Profile," as you can now activate the Digital Token directly from the app.
• Enhanced security through the Digital Token and biometrics for transaction signatures.
• More detailed information about our products. We provide full transparency on charges, commissions, and fees throughout the app.
• Help messages are available throughout the app to assist with any confusing concepts.
• In addition to providing product status, we indicate when and where you can get further assistance – whether by calling our call center or visiting a branch. If visiting a branch is necessary, we provide specific branch information and directions.
• If you request statements through the app, you no longer need a password to open them.
• Some options can be accessed from the Side Menu without logging into the app.
